The Jacobs Cove Management Group, Inc. (JCMG) serves as the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) for the neighborhood utilizing additional volunteer(s) to gather input, review covenants, and provide recommendations for resident requests. The ACC's purpose is to interpret and enforce the restrictions, conditions, protective covenants, terms and limitations pertaining to the Jacobs Cove Subdivision (per Jacobs Cove Covenants paragraph 25, subparagraph d). The goal of the ACC is to make sure that the covenants are maintained to ensure continuity of homes within the Jacobs Cove neighborhood. The continuity of the homes in the neighborhood will maintain and enhance the value of all of the homes.
The Jacobs Cove ACC Request Form is below. This is the primary way to make requests to the ACC and ensure the proper information is collected so that decisions can be made as soon as possible. The ACC attempts to respond to all requests within 30 days of the date of the initial request.
